After 25+ years in international real estate and selling homes across 27 markets, I now represent best-in-class homes internationally, working alongside private owners, agents and developers to take selected properties beyond their existing market.
I don't replace the local agent, I give them global reach.
I personally visit, present and film the homes I represent, combining my real estate experience with a background in broadcasting to give each property one recognisable voice, one clear narrative and meaningful international visibility.
Because the first viewing increasingly happens on a screen.
My role is to make sure the right home is seen, understood and remembered by the people who might otherwise never discover it: buyers, advisors, agents, family offices and trusted international introducers.
The local representative remains responsible for the transaction. I become the property's independent international Ambassador, creating awareness, generating buyer conversations and directing genuine opportunities back into the existing sales structure.
