Luxury property has never had more exposure. But more exposure doesn't necessarily mean more of the right people are seeing it.

After 25 years in international real estate and sales across 27 international markets, I now work with private owners, agents and developers to represent exceptional homes to a wider global audience.

I don't replace the local agent, I give them global reach.

I personally visit, present and film the homes I represent, combining international real estate experience with my background in broadcasting to give each property one recognisable voice, one clear narrative and meaningful visibility beyond its existing market.

Because the first viewing increasingly happens on a screen.

My role is to make sure the right home is seen, understood and remembered by the people who might otherwise never discover it, buyers, advisors, agents, developers, family offices and trusted international introducers.

The local representative remains responsible for the transaction. I become an independent international Ambassador for the property: creating awareness, generating buyer conversations and directing genuine opportunities back into the existing sales structure.
